The award invites designers from the Kingdom and beyond to explore the intersection of tradition and contemporary aesthetics, crafting unique pieces that reflect cultural narratives. With a focus on artistic innovation, the initiative fosters creativity, collaboration, and knowledge exchange on a global scale.

  • Location: JAX District, Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Duration: 6 weeks.

Award Categories
  • 1-Fine Jewelry Design: For innovative and creative designs.
  • 2-Jewelry Production: Encompasses crafted pieces made from precious metals and gemstones.
  • 3-Contemporary Collectibles: Aimed at recognizing works that integrate heritage, contemporary design, and technical innovation.
Submission Requirements
  • Applicants must submit their applications via the designated online form, which should include:
  • 1-Designer/Artist Information: Background details, educational qualifications, experience, and creative vision (max. 350 words).
  • 2-Motivation Statement: Explanation of participation motives, the award’s significance, and its impact on artistic development (max. 300 words).
  • 3-Project Proposal: Description of the proposed project, its relevance to the announced categories, and whether it is a new creation or a continuation of previous work (max. 500 words).
  • 4-Portfolio: Examples of previous works that showcase the applicant’s design skills.
  • 5-Updated Resume: Including relevant experience and qualifications.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Age: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Language: Proficiency in either Arabic or English is required.
  • Nationality: The award is open to Saudi nationals, residents, and participants of all nationalities.
  • Experience: The award is open to emerging and intermediate-level designers with either traditional or contemporary works.
  • Commitment: Applicants must commit to one selected category, with the option to submit up to two applications for different categories.
